For me these two one of a kinds are very different kinds of dancers ...
Both were inspired by Moulin Rouge and the wonderful costumes of the French Dancers of the Follies Bergere .

Josephine is full porcelain with
painted eyes and shoes and a handmade mohair wig. Her gloves and
stockings are painted. Her dress is pure silk satin trimmed with organza, lace, beads and diamontes and her silk hat has bead and feather trimming. Her underwear is silk dupion with Nottingham lace trim. The chair on which she rests her foot is handcrafted from Blackbean timber with a padded black velvet seat. |

Nicole is full porcelain with
painted eyes, sculpted boots laced with horsehair and a handmade mohair
wig. Her gloves are painted and her stockings are fishnet lace. Her hat
is handmade from wool felt and trimmed with diamontes. Her costume is pure silk satin with beaded and diamonte trim. Her underwear is silk dupion with Nottingham lace trim. She carries a handmade fan and feather boa and rests her hand on a diamonte topped cane. Her stool is hand crafted from Rosewood and topped with a velvet seat. |
